प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना (PMKVY)

Janiye Pradhan Mantri kaushal vikas yojana ke bare mein in Hindi jise Skill Development India Scheme kaha jata hai (PMKVY). Join courses, online registration, benefits & toll free number.  “कौशल विकास योजना” youth के Skills training के लिए एक बहुत ही प्रमुख योजना है । देश के bright future को उज्जवल बनाने हेतु और unemployment की समस्या को मद्देनज़र रखते हुए  नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने कौशल विकास योजना को शुरु किया है । इस yojana के अंतर्गत courses में सुधार, better education और trained teachers पर ख़ास ध्यान दिया गया है । इस scheme के पहले साल में 24 लाख workers को training provide किया जाएगा और फिर सन 2022 तक इस संख्या को बढ़ा कर लगभग 40 करोड़ तक ले जाने की योजना हैं ।

इस yojana का main purpose यही है की देश में सभी युवा वर्ग को संगठित करके उनके skill को improve करना है और उनकी qualification के मुताबिक रोजगार देना । इस yojana के अंतर्गत देश के लगभग 24 lakh युवाओं को अलग अलग industries से related skill training पाने का अवसर मिलेगा । जो कोई भी कौशल विकास योजना के अंतर्गत training ले रहा होगा उसे सरकार के तरफ से financial prize भी दिया जायेगा । Training समाप्त होने के बाद उन्हें सरकार के तरफ से एक certificate भी दिया जाएगा जिससे उन्हें job मिलने में आसानी होगी ।

इस योजना के अंतर्गत एक Skill Development Management System (SDMS) भी ready  की जाएगी जो सभी training centres के training और course के details की जांच करेगी और उनका record भी रखेगी । Total 1,120 करोड़ रुपए के खर्च पर 14 लाख youth को trained किया जायेगा । कौशल विकास yojana के तहत 3 Institute कार्य कर रहे हैं ।

कौशल विकास योजना से कैसे जुड़े / How to join PMKVY

कौशल विकास yojana से जुड़ने के लिए सरकार द्वारा सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध की गई है जैसे की :-

• इस yojana से जुड़ने के लिए सरकार ने कई सारे telecom company को अपने साथ शामिल किया है । ये सभी telecom companies massage के through इस योजना के बारे में सभी को बताती है ।
• Massage में एक Toll free number दिया जायेगा जिस पर candidate को केवल miss call देना है ।
• जैसे हीं candidate का उस number पर miss call जायेगा उसके तुरंत बाद एक Number से call back आएगा जिसके जरिये आप interactive voice response (IVR)सुविधा से जुड़ जायेंगे ।
• फिर candidate को दिए गए Instructions के मुताबिक अपनी पूरी जानकारी भेजनी होगी जो की system में save कर लिया जायेगा ।
• candidate की पूरी information मिलने के बाद उसे उसके address के आस-पास के training center से जोड़ दिया जायेगा जहाँ से उसे पूरी information दी जाएगी ।

कौशल विकास yojana में  online registration कैसे कराएँ 

कौशल विकास yojana में अलग-अलग courses के लिए Public service, e-service और लोकवाणी centers पर रजिस्ट्रेशन किया जायेगा । Registration के लिए Candidate को अपने सभी documents लाने होंगे । इसके अलावा candidate अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन online भी करवा सकते है । online registration कराने का तरीका है :-

• सबसे पहले कौशल विकास yojana के site “upsdm.org” पर जाएँ ।
• उसके बाद candidate registration पर click करें ।
• Candidate registration पर click करते हीं एक form खुलेगा उस form को पूरा भर लें ।
• Form भरते हीं candidate के mobile पर उसका registration number आ जाएगा ।
• Candidate का registration हो जाने के बाद उसका Counselling होगा ।
• Registration और Counselling के बाद batch start होगा ।

कौशल विकास योजना के लाभ / Benefits of PM KVY

Jo koi bhi 10 class ya graduate hai aur job nahi mil rahi hai to aise log Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana ke antargat kisi bhi vocational course mein admission le sakte hai, jo ki aage chal kar job opportunities open kaar deta hai. Iske alawe aur kai bhi benefits hai jo ki is prakar hain:

• इस yojana में कोई भी Unemployed apply कर सकता है ।
• इस yojana में अलग अलग technical Computer knowledge को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा ।
• इस योजना के अंतर्गत 10वीं से लेकर graduate तक के सभी unemployed को training दिया जायेगा ।
• Government institutions के जरिए हर क्षेत्र में रोजगार मिल सकेगी ।
